School Rules
(1) About lesson fee
☆ The lesson fee will not change even if you miss a lesson.
☆ The course cannot be changed frequently.
☆ If you join the school in the middle of a month, the lesson fee will be prorated.
(2) Lesson days and times
☆ Lesson days and hours vary depending on the instructor.
☆ Lessons are by reservation only after advance payment.
☆ Lessons are not available during New Year’s and Obon vacations. Please make your reservation well in advance. (January and August)
(3) Cancellation
☆ No cancellation fee will be charged if the lesson is cancelled during the available cancellation time.
☆ Please note that you will be counted as having taken one lesson if you exceed the time limit for cancellations.
If a lesson is cancelled due to the instructor’s reason and cannot be rescheduled, a portion of the lesson fee will be refunded in the form of a refund coupon.
(4) Textbooks
☆ Please consult with your instructor and decide which textbooks you would like to use, and purchase them at bookstores or online.
